340 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 340 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 340 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 340 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the 340 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
- A valid Malaysian resident or citizen with lawful access to online services.
- Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
- Registering an account for personal use only, not for commercial or third-party purposes.
340 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without the need to provide a reason.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 340. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false or unlawful information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 340 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the platform.
- Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits more than once.
- Disrupting platform operations or compromising the security of other users.
- Using the platform on behalf of any individual or entity that has been banned.
Any breach of these rules will result in firm action, including fund freezing, account suspension, or permanent account closure.
3. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 340 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Boost, online bank transfer, and other methods displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
Deposit: Deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank details provided are accurate. 340 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by user error or disruptions on the bank's end.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 340's internal verification procedures. The standard processing time is between one and three business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method. 340 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Bonus: All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated in their respective offers. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been fully met. 340 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of abuse.
Tax: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to winnings or transactions made through the 340 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
340 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 340 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business disruption.
340's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 340 platform are the exclusive property of 340 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 340.
Third-Party Links
The 340 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 340 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party websites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
340 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering has been associated with the account.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period specified by 340's internal policy.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
Where an account is suspended pending an internal investigation, any valid balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 340 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance or winnings obtained through means that breach our rules.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 340's support team via email. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal through the standard procedure, subject to identity verification.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Terms Amendment
340 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 340 platform will be resolved through mutually agreed channels and, where necessary, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
